Q: Will other agents show my home?
A: Yes. If you choose to offer a buyer side commission. 2% is the going rate for buyer agent commissions in our area. Our experience shows that because that is a significant amount of money, Agents won't hesitate to show the property and risk losing a Buyer.
Remember, most listing are online for all buyers to see these days. Most Buyers find the homes they want to see online and send the listing to their Agent. Their Agent would be stupid not to show the home, because if they dont we will and they loose a buyer.
Q: How can you charge such a low commission fee?
A: Two main reasons: 1) Lower overhead.We are an independent company and don't have to share are commission with a corporate office. In a traditional office the actual listing agent may get as little as 50% of the listing side commission after splits and franchise fees and such. 2) We sell 74% of our listings in house.
Q: Do you offer any guarantees?
A: We guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with our service. If not, you may cancel the listing with written notice and owe us nothing. Most traditional brokers make you sign a listing for 6 months or more. If your not happy, you maybe stuck until the listing expires.
